Mangaluru: SDPI Activist Riyaz Farangipete has alleged that the NIA is a politically motivated outfit and urged transparency in its investigations.
In a statement, Farangipete stated that his wife’s and his phones were seized by the NIA team and also examined records in connection with a case in Bihar. Unfortunate rumours got five of our party activists arrested ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. NIA is gathering a detailed report in this regard,” he added.
“I will cooperate with the investigation even in the future,” he added.
