Mangaluru: The High Court quashed the order issued by the District Administration restraining Sri Rama Sene founder Pramod Muthalik from entering Dakshina Kannada District.
He had filed a petition in the High Court challenging the ban on his entry into Dakshina Kannada District. A bench headed by Justice M. Naga Prasanna transferred the case to the District Magistrate and asked him to take appropriate action as per law.
The order issued by the Commissioner of Police has already expired and the inquiry has been invalidated.
