In association with FIZA by Nexus and Pathway Enterprises, News Karnataka is proud to announce “Cold Boul,” a unique cooking competition for women in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Date and Time: March 8th, 03:30 PM
Venue: FIZA BY NEXUS MALL, MANGALORE
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills without the use of fire, creating delicious dishes using only cold preparation methods. Prizes for the top three winners include trophies, vouchers, and certificates.
Contest Rules:
- Teams/Institutions may consist of a maximum of two members.
- Preparation time is limited to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- No heating of ingredients or preparation by any method is allowed.
- Pre-cooked, pre-cut, chopped, grated, processed, or tinned items are prohibited.
- Participants must provide all required materials, tools, and non-electric equipment.
- Hygiene during preparation is paramount.
- Participants are responsible for cleaning their working area after the competition.
- Participants will be assigned an identity number to maintain anonymity until winners are announced.
- Judging criteria include hygiene, nutrition, presentation, and taste.
- The decision of the jury is final.

- Participants must report by 04:00 PM.
- Registration is free but pre-registration is mandatory.
