Mangaluru: Mangaluru North MLA Dr Bharath Shetty Y inaugurated the new office space of Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers India (P) Ltd at New Berry Enclave, Bejai-Kapikad on Jan 23.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Bharath Y Shetty said, “Mangaluru has turned to be a model in maintaining quality in the business field. We have made the procedure to obtain building license easy here. I wish the best for Nidhi Land on the inauguration of their new office space and for their future endeavours.”
B K Vishweshwari ji, Centre In-charge, Brahmakumaris, Mangaluru blessed the new office space.
District in-charge minister Sunil Kumar said, “Builders have played an important role in the development of Mangaluru by constructing quality buildings and he is happy that Nidhi Land Developers is one among them. Even during the pandemic, the firm had co-operated with the district administration and showed social concern which was widely appreciated.”
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said, “Mangaluru has been developing under the Smart City project and builders have also contributed to the same. Mangaluru is at the forefront of development compared to other cities. A plastic park worth Rs 1,000 crore will be constructed soon and a petroleum product processing unit worth Rs 32 crore will be set up. The co-operation of builders is required for the success of Pradhan Manthri Awaz Yojana to provide houses to the poor.”
