Mangaluru: Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, EPFO Mangaluru, under Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt of India, has informed that out of 1,20,652 EPS Pensioners, 9142 pensioners have not linked their Aadhaar and updated their Digital Life Certificate/Jeevan Praman Patra.
Hence, the Monthly Pension has been discontinued to them. PF Commissioner also informed that advisories have been issued to the pensioners at their last known address and also to their bank branches in Dakshina Kannada District but in vain.
It is requested that the eligible Member Pensioners/Family Pensioners/Children Pensioners visit their bank branches and submit Life Certificates so as to get the pension restarted along with their arrears.
Pensioners can also visit the EPFO Regional Office at Silva Road, Highland, Mangaluru-575002 and update their Digital Life Certificate.
