Mangaluru: Mocking the Central government at a press in the city, Former Union minister and Congress leader B Janardhan Poojary said that the situations in the assembly resemble the period of Mahabharata and PM Modi represents Duhshasana.
Making mythological references to the political situation in the country, Poojary said that Modi is Duhshasana, the entire cabinet is Duryodhana and the media can only be the Krishna is such a case and save the country. He referred to the country to Draupadi.
In a series of questions to Modi, Poojary said, “Why has the PM no guts to speak and why does BJP State minister not question him even after being the members of Lok Sabha. Why is there no debate over important issues such as farmers death and corruption in the assembly”, he asked.
Further, Poojary said that corruption is the root cause of everything in the government – not only the central but the state as well corruption has been growing. However, when asked about the State government’s move over the Karnataka Lokayukta and about Bhaskar Rao, Poojary said, “Bhaskar Rao must resign.”
