Kasaragod: If everything was fine then Sirajuddin, a teenager would have had left to Gulf to try his fortune was Monday, Decemeber 19. But, unfortunately, destiny had something else in store for him. After a gory road mishap on December 15, Sirajuddin, a 19-year-old youth from Kumbla Kalatur died on Sunday morning.
Sirajuddin had sustained grievous injuries after his scooter had collided against a bike near Adka on Bandiyodu-Permude road on Thursday, December 15.
It is said that Sirajuddin collided against a bike after a failed bid to overtake a speeding vehicle ahead of him. Though Sirajuddin’s pillion rider Siraj, biker Sheikh Subah and Haneef were injured along with Sirajuddin and all the injured persons were rushed to a hospital in Mangaluru, Sirujuddin succumbed to injuries after four days of battle for life.
Sirajuddin was in Kasargod to meet his aunt before leaving the country for good.
