Two held with 355 gm ganja in Mangaluru - 1 min read

Mangaluru: Police arrested two person and seized 355 gm of ganja from them at Melkar in Bantwal Taluk.

The accused have been identified as Mohammed Rafik (44) and Taranath Poojary (27) of Kemminje village in Puttur.

They said the accused were trying to illegally sell ganja in the area. The operation was based on information provided by the Bantwal Sub-Division Assistant Superintendent of Police.

The accused has been charged under Sections 8(C) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, infomed the police.
