Mangalore : The body of an unidentified person aged around 35 was found on the river banks at Boloor in the outskirts of the city on April 28, Sunday evening.
The local residents who noticed the body stuck in a jetty in a boat yard, informed the Barke police who rushed to the spot and shifted the body to District Wenlock Hospital. The head of the person bore injury marks and there is a suspicion that he might have been murdered.
The body has been shifted to Wenlock Hospital. ACP Kavitha, Bunder Inspector Subrahmanya, Barke Inspector Sharief and others visited the spot.
