Udupi: The Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya Udupi branch, along with Udupi Block Congress, organized a Raksha Bandhan program today at the Congress Bhavan in Brahmagiri.
Ms. B.K. Suma, the head of the Udupi branch of Brahmakumari Vishwavidyalaya, tied Rakhi to Mr. Ramesh Kanchan, the President of Udupi Block Congress.
