Udupi: In Karkala Assembly Constituency Minister Sunil Kumar said that 82 percent voter turnout will be a boon for BJP.
Speaking to reporters in the city, he said voters voted with consensus amid dozens of slander and false news. 82 percent voting % was seen in Karkala without any untoward incident. Voters who were in outlying towns came and voted. He said that thousands of people came from Mumbai and Bangaluru to vote.
Those who understood the situation of the country voted for BJP. A higher percentage voter turnout will be a boon for the BJP, he said.
