Udupi: Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Shobha Karandlaje on Friday October 14 said that the Bharat Jodo led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is a fitness show.
Speaking to mediapersons here she said, “When he is unable to lead his own party, can he lead the country? Rahul’s aim of matching the stature of PM Narendra Modi would remain a dream.”
In light of the Supreme Court’s split verdict on the Hijab case, Karandlaje said the larger bench of the court may do justice to women from the Muslim community. “What they need is proper education for their empowerment,” she said.
