Udupi: “Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai Government is mired in corruption. BJP means Brashta Janata Party,” said All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala.

Speaking to mediapersons here, he said that the people of the State are being humiliated by a 40 per cent corrupt Government. The son of BJP MLA Madal Virupakshappa was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs. 40 Lakh and within 24 hours, Rs. 6 Crore was found in his house. This is a reflection of the corruption of the State Government,” he said.

Sujrewala asked that where has all this corrupt money gone. Who is responsible for the looted money in the State. “How much share do the Ministers and CM Bommai have in the looted money,” he asked.
