Udupi: In connection with bursting firecrackers allegedly on top of the car, a youth named Vishal Kohli (26) has been detained by the Police on Thursday October 27.
A video in this regard had gone viral in various social media platforms. On Tuesday October 25, at around 9:30 pm a car was seen on Dr. V. S. Acharya Road bursting firecracker atop the car.
On the basis of this video footage on Thursday, the Manipal Police stopped the car at Manipal’s Syndicate Circle and detained Vishal. The car has also been seized.
Vishal works in a salon at Manipal.
