Udupi: A car reportedly carrying six passengers lost control and fell into a ditch near Kallapu of Katapady on National Highway 66.
The incident happened on the evening of Sunday March 5 and women-children were among passengers. All people in the car were injured and rushed for immediate medical attention.
The driver of the car on the highway lost control causing the vehicle to veer off the road.
The passengers were fortunate as locals immediately rushed to their rescue.
