Udupi: The Congress has betrayed the people of Udupi by not implementing the five guarantees given to the people before the assembly elections within 24 hours of coming to power. Speaking on the occasion, Shetty condemned the congress government’s betrayal of the people in the implementation of free guarantees and the anti-people policies of the Congress.
