Udupi: An out-of-control truck carrying sacks of rice overturned on two tourist cars near Kelaparkala. However, the passengers somehow managed to escape the accident.

According to sources, the driver of the lorry lost control of the vehicle, while it was travelling from Udupi to Hebri. Following the collision, rice bags were left lying around on the road, causing traffic. Large amounts of damage were done to one of the tourist cars.

Locals are outraged over the accident since there aren’t enough facilities. The road’s terrible condition was blamed as the reason behind the accident. For the past 15 days, the vehicles have had to use the mud road as an alternate route while a new road is being built there.
