Udupi: The first-ever Tulunaada Rajata Sangha Siri award constituted by Akhila Karnataka Beladingala Sahitya Sammelana Samiti was bestowed on webu newsportal, ‘Newskarnataka.com and four other organisations at ‘Mumbai Vaapasigara Sammilana 2022’ organised at Bhavani Mantapa of Ambalapady Temple here on Sunday October 16. In addition, 25 achievers in various fields were honoured with the Tulunaada Rajata Siri State Award.
The event was organised to mark Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Powai Kannada Seva Sangha, Mumbai and Udupi.
The award was received by Spearhead Media Group Director Brian Fernandes, and Spearhead Academy Principal Srinivasa Pejathaya.
It is a matter of pride and happiness that NewsKarnataka owned by Spearhead Media Pvt. Ltd., has been conferred with the Tulunadu Rajata Sangha Siri award on the auspicious occasion of its decennial celebrations.
