Udupi: The ban on PFI and communal forces organisations will be the good news given by the Union Government on the occasion of Navarathri celebrations. The banning of sectarian and anti-national organisations including PFI is heartening, said BJP Backward Morcha National General Secretary Yashpal Suvarna.

Speaking to mediapersons on Wednesday September 28, Yashpal Suvarna said that MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and Shobha Karandlaje have tried hard to ban PFI after the NIA operation which provided justice to the murder of our brothers Praveen Nettaru and Harsha. PFI never worked for the country and the welfare of the society, instead indulging in illegal activities. Indeed, it is possible only by the Narendra Modi government to ban fanatic forces in the country, Yashpal said.

Yashpal Suvarna said that he must congratulate Amit Shah who announced the good news to the nation on the occasion of Navarathri celebrations. There is no scope for an organization like PFI to indulge in illegal activities. Several illegal activities come to light during the investigations by the NIA. The transfer of funds from abroad and using these funds for illegal activities also have come to the light during the NIA investigations. We must support the NIA to maintain peace in the country and especially Coastal areas, he said.

Then Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had withdrawn cases of more than 150 people that Congress stood in support of PFI and so Congress is totally responsible for anti-national activities which have been the root cause of a lot of Hindu workers murders and unrest in the coastal areas, he said.

Mithun Rai’s statement on Shobha Karandlaje that if anyone sent a selfie photo with MP Shobha Karandlaje, a reward of Rs. 50,000 will be given. Yashpal Suvarna hits back at Mithun Rai’s selfie photo statement. He said that if Mithun Rai has a real social commitment, instead of announcing a reward for a selfie with a parliamentarian, he should conduct a bold investigation against traitors like PFI and give a reward to the NIA, which unmasked the traitors and collected additional evidence for banning the organisation.

Shobha Karandlaje has done good work in the field as an MP and in recognition of her performance, the party has given her the important portfolio of agriculture and farmers’ welfare in Narendra Modi’s Cabinet.

He expressed outrage that instead of questioning the performance of MPs, former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who had withdrawn the case of activists of the sectarian anti-national organisation PFI, should be questioned.
