Udupi: Public help sought to find missing person

Udupi: Police have sought the help of the public to find a man who went after missing leaving his home to visit a hospital.

The missing person has been identified as Dinesh S. (56).

According to sources, Dinesh, a native of Bada Yermal village in the Somwarpet Taluk of Kodagu district, worked as a housekeeper at the petrol station. Before he went missing, he informed his family that he would be going to the hospital, informed the police.

A missing person case has been registered in this regard.

Dinesh was described by police as having an oil-black complexion, a normal build, and a height of 5 feet 7 inches. He can communicate in Kannada.

Anyone with reliable information regarding Dinesh’s whereabouts is urged to call the police control room at (820) 252 5444 or the sub-inspector at the Padubidri Police Station at (820) 255 5452 or (9480) 805450.
