Udupi: In connection with the Assembly elections 2023, the Udupi District Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Committee is undertaking several innovative programmes to create awareness among the voters.
In order to create awareness about voting, profile images have been created to remind the public of May 10, the polling day, to be used as a mobile DP and as a sticker on Facebook. More than eight profile images have been prepared in a very attractive manner with major tourist destinations like St. Mary’s Island, Beach, Kaup Light House, Maravanthe, as well as Western Ghats as the backdrop.
The images were released by Deputy Commissioner Kurma Rao M. at a function held at the DC’s Office.
