Udupi: As part of the BJP’s Vijay Sankalpa Yatra, a bike rally from Parkala to Brahmavar was flagged off in a grand manner at Parkala on Tuesday March 14.
Senior BJP leader K. S. Eshwarappa flagged off the rally.
The rally, which started at Parkala, passed through Manipal, Udupi and Santhekatte and proceeded towards Brahmavara. More than 5,000 bikes participated in the rally.
Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje, MLAs Lalaji Mendon and Raghupathi Bhat, BJP District President Kuyiladi Suresh Nayak, Former Minister Pramod Madhwaraj and others were present.
