Udupi: A youth accused of possessing over 1 kg of ganja has been sentenced to three years of jail.
Justice Shantaveera Shivappa of Principal and District Special Court pronounced the sentence. The accused is Arfan (27), son of Shabbir of Padutonse village, is the accused who is convicted by the Court.
The ganja was seized in September 2020. Ramachandra Nayak, the then Police Inspector of CEN crime section was the complainant.
