Karwar: A 44-year-old man was dragged into River Kali here in the Dakshina Kannada District on Saturday August 13.
The man has been identified as Suresh Vasant Teli. The crocodile preyed on him as he was found moving near the river bank. The search operation is on by deploying four boats.
After a boy was dragged into the river about eight months ago and killed, this is the second such incident.
