
Hubballi-Dharwad Gets New DCP: Kushal Chouksey Takes Charge
Hubballi: Following death of Neha Hiremath and Anjali Ambiger within a month, a wave of accountability sweeping through Hubballi-Dharwad Police Commissionerate. Following suspension of DCP M Rajeev, Inspector CB Chikkodi and head constable Rekha Havaraddi in connection with Anjali Ambiger murder case.
The state government has appointed a new Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for the twin cities. Kushal Chouksey has been appointed as the new DCP (law and order) and he took charge on Monday evening.
Following the tragic murders of Neha Hiremath and Anjali Ambiger within a short timeframe, further action was taken, resulting in the suspension of one more officer, ACP Vijay Kumar Talwar.
New DCP Vishal Chouksey, previously served as the Joint Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory in Bengaluru.
