Hubballi: A case has been filed against HDMC’s June Commissioner following remarks made by Pramod Muthalik during Ganesh visarjan. The case has been registered under sections 153A and 295A of the Indian Penal Code against two communities, as per Commissioner Renuka Sukumar of Hubballi-Dharwad.
Addressing the media in the city, he mentioned that Anjuman Islam had submitted an application to file an FIR against him. However, it’s important to note that an FIR was already filed before this application. He emphasized that strict legal action would be taken promptly and kept the public informed,” he stated.
