A young fourth-grade student from Bantwal taluk, who previously spearheaded voter awareness initiatives during the Karnataka assembly elections, has taken her efforts a step further.
Sannidhi, a student at Balavikasa English Medium School in Mani Peraje, Bantwal, continues to raise public awareness for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Her student campaign includes visits to shops, houses, and public places like bus stands to emphasize the importance of voting. Additionally, Sannidhi plans to extend her efforts to neighboring states such as Goa and Kerala for a 15-day campaign.
Accompanied by her friends Nireeksha, Keerthi, and Pranamya, Sannidhi previously campaigned during the Karnataka assembly elections last year. To ensure effective communication during her campaign in Goa and Kerala, Sannidhi’s mother, Leelavathi, is teaching her Konkani and Malayalam languages.
Sannidhi’s father, Lokesh, is actively supporting her cause by printing pamphlets in Kannada and English languages for her campaign. The Election Commission of India has granted her the necessary permissions for her campaign activities.
Having received appreciation from the Election Commission of India for her efforts during the last assembly elections in Karnataka, Sannidhi is determined to continue her campaign once her exams are concluded, with plans to visit Kerala and Goa to further her student cause.
