Hubballi: Rahul Gandhi’s conviction has been stayed by a court, emphasizing the need for responsible treatment of all individuals. Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, while addressing the media, expressed faith in the Speaker’s capacity to make an unbiased decision. Although the Supreme Court did not fully acquit Rahul Gandhi, the court granted a stay on his two-year sentence after he was extensively questioned during the trial.

The court’s decision came as a relief for Rahul Gandhi, who had been facing the conviction. However, it also signifies the need for responsible handling of legal matters and the importance of fair treatment for all. As the case progresses, the Speaker’s role in determining the next steps will be crucial in ensuring justice and transparency in the process.
