Hubballi: Karnataka Administrative Services (KAS) exam candidates have lodged a complaint against exam authorities after the public administration question paper of KAS exam was leaked in Dharwad. They also held a demonstration in front of the KPSC office in agitation and displayed the leaked papers.
According to sources, the question paper was leaked on Saturday, though the KAS exam was scheduled on September 22.
Confusion prevailed in the exam centre at KPES Law College in Dharwad, as the supervisors distributed public administration paper to one candidate along with the essay exam on Saturday.
2,694 candidates attended the exam at eight centres in Dharwad. As one candidate received a different question paper, the district administration has submitted the report to the KPSC authorities.
“There is a possibility that the supervisors might have circulated the public administration paper by taking its photocopy. We have brought it to the notice of KPSC secretary and other officials”, additional deputy commissioner B.C. Satish said.
