Who is eligible for the free Prime Lite offer?
The 12-month Amazon Prime Lite benefit is available to eligible JioHome customers using select plans with 30Mbps and 100Mbps speeds.
Both new and existing JioHome customers can claim the offer, provided their plan is eligible for the promotion.
However, customers on the Rs 888 and Rs 1,199 JioHome plans will not move to the new 12-month offer. Users on plans offering speeds of 150Mbps or higher will also continue receiving their existing benefits.
These customers will retain the 24-month Amazon Prime Lite subscription already associated with their plans.
How to claim Amazon Prime Lite for free
Eligible customers can activate the offer through the MyJio app.
A promotional banner will appear on the JioHome account homepage for customers who qualify. Users can select the banner and follow the activation process to claim their Prime Lite subscription.
The rollout of the offer began on September 19 and is being carried out in phases over a period of two weeks.
The 12-month free subscription period starts from the date the customer activates the benefit, rather than from the beginning of the rollout.

The company has partnered with Canva to provide eligible customers with access to premium design tools for up to 12 months. Depending on the Jio plan, customers can receive Canva Pro or Canva Pro Lite at no additional cost.
Jio customers recharging with the Rs 399 plan can get Canva Pro, while customers on the Rs 349 plan and eligible plans offering 2GB of daily data above Rs 349 can receive Canva Pro Lite.
According to Jio, the Canva benefit is valued at up to Rs 4,000.
Eligible users can claim the Canva subscription through the MyJio app by locating the offer and activating it.
