Ballari: Transport Minister Sriramulu said that he will contest wherever the party gives him a ticket and he also said that he will not contest against Siddaramaiah as he challenged.
Speaking to mediapersons here, he said, “In 2010, Siddaramaiah and now All India Congress Committee Leader Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Padayatra’ was a selfish move. When the Congress came to power in the State for five years from 2013, it did nothing for us. He questioned as to why it didn’t increase the reservation for SCs and STs when they were in power? Only the BJP was able to increase the reservation. He expressed confidence that the SC and ST communities will stand by the BJP in the 2023 State Assembly elections.
Speaking on the occasion he said “I am an ordinary person, an activist, and have no status. Party Workers and Leaders are responsible for the success of the ST conclave.”
