Ballari: JH Shankar, assistant director of the Horticulture Department, said that the Horticulture Department has invited applications for various projects under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme for 2020-21 and eligible farmers can apply.
According to the department, basin, agricultural pits, onion storage unit, soak pit and personal hand garden can be constructed under Mahatma Gandhi Employment Guarantee Scheme.
Small farmers of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and BPL cardholders can apply with required documents, he said in a statement.
