Kalaburagi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that it has been decided to provide compensation to toor damaged due to disease.
Speaking to mediapersons at the Airport here, he clarified that a meeting of top officials has been called to decide on the quantum of compensation to be given. He said that the Government is aware of the plight of the farmers as it was damaged earlier due to excessive rains and now due to disease.
“I have come to unveil a bronze statue of Vitthal Herur. Speaking on the occasion, the CM said that Ganagapura Dattatreya is getting darshan of the deity and a grant of Rs. 5 Crore is being released for the development of Ganagapura.
