Kalaburagi: A Police Inspector was brutally attacked by miscreants during Ganja plantation probe case here.
The Superintendent of Police informed that the Inspector along with his team went to a location near Karnataka-Maharashtra border for a probe. During the visit, 30 to 40 locals from Umarge village assaulted the team along with the Inspector, she added.
The injured Inspector has been admitted to the hospital.
