PSI exam scam: Accused refused bail

Kalaburagi: The court has rejected bail appeal of the eight accused in Police Sub Inspector (PSI) examination scam. The appeal was filed by accused at the 3rd JMFC Court here.

Including husband of Divya Hagaragi who is said to be the mastermind Rajesh, Viresh Nidagunda, K. Praveen Kumar, Arun Patil, and Chetan Nandagaon, exam invigilators Suma, Siddamma and Savitri have appealed for the bail. The court said that as CID investigation is going on, the bail cannot be granted.

The accused who were arrested on Thursday April 21 and Friday April 22 will be under police custody till April 29.
