She was here to attend a programme at the Theosophical College in the City on Wednesday December 7. She said, “I don’t want anything. I didn’t even aspire for awards that came to me. The power of the presidency also came automatically. If such an opportunity comes on its own, let’s see,” she said.
“Artistes are nobody’s property. When it comes to politics, we become the property of one party. If such an opportunity arises, I will look forward to it,” she said in response to a question on her entry into politics.
