Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah remained resolute on Friday despite mounting pressure for his resignation following Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids at the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) office. Addressing the media, Siddaramaiah said, “The law will take its course. What happens according to the law will happen.”

The BJP-led NDA welcomed the raids, accusing the Congress government of involvement in a “scam.” Leaders from both BJP and JD(S) questioned the impartiality of the Lokayukta police, which operates under the Siddaramaiah administration.

Earlier, Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara responded to opposition demands, emphasizing that the law must be followed despite differing opinions. BJP leader Shaina NC claimed there was “enough evidence” for the ED to act in the case.
