Chikkamagaluru: Two persons were killed on the spot when a car in which they were travelling rammed into a tree near Makanahalli in Ajjampura Taluk here.
The deceased have been identified as Kiran (32) and Nagaraj (40) who were working in Shivani MESCOM as JEs.
The driver lost control of the car and rammed into a tree.
Kiran, who was working as a JE with Shivani MESCOM for sometime now, was engaged to be married on February 8 and hails from Channarayapatna in Hassan District. Nagaraj hails from Shivani in Ajjampura Taluk.
