Chikkamagaluru: Deputy Superintendent of Police ( DySP) deployed for the chief minister’s (CM) security died of cardiac arrest this morning.
Sheikh Hussain, DySP attached to the intelligence wing of state police is the deceased official.
Soon after CM’s chopper took off to Hubballi, Sheikh Hussain complained of variation in blood pressure and sugar levels. He was rushed immediately to a primary health care centre in N R Pura, but to no avail.
