Chikkamagaluru: In s shocking incident, the Chikkamagaluru City Municipal Council used a bulldozer to destroy a shed where beef was allegedly sold without permission.
The shed which was located near the Tamil colony of the city was raided by officials on June 10. Now, it has been destroyed.
It is the first UP model drive in the state using the bulldozer
As the video of this raid went viral, BJP justified it while Congress warned of state-wide protest.
“For uncivilised people, the bulldozer is the best lesson,” justified BJP National Secretary C. T. Ravi.
However, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President D. K. Shivakumar stated that he will hold a state-wide protest and rush to Chikkkamagalur if this drive continues.
