Hassan: In a tragic incident, four persons, including three from Sakleshpura and one from Dakshina Kannada District, were killed in a road accident in Saudi Arabia on Saturday February 4.
The deceased have been identified as Aqeel, Nasir, Rizwan and Shihab.
The accident occurred on the night of Saturday near Khurais Road in Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia.
The four were travelling in a car when they were hit by a camel near Khurais Road.
The occupants of the car were employees of a company called Sunkia. It is learnt that a Bangladeshi youth who was in the car was also killed.
The bodies have been shifted to Al Hassa Hospital and the victim’s family has been contacted.
Aqeel has been trampled upon and is a resident of Bolar Rizan Pazhayangadi Kadike in Mangaluru. Nasir (22), son of Ahmed’s younger brother, a shoe bazaar owner in Sakleshpura town, had gone abroad in search of a job. Now the family of Nasir, who died in a road accident, is in grief.
