Hassan: The Raitha Sangha staged a protest against the Taluk Administration and the MLA for not issuing title deeds in 94C and cultivation of Bagar Hukum for several years in the Taluk.
Activists of Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha and Hasiru Sene blocked the Road at Basaveshwara Circle and protested against the protest.
Bhogamallesh, Taluk President of Raitha Sangha, said that more than 40 families have been residing in Survey Number 46 in Yagadihalli Village in the Taluk for the past 30 years and they have not been given title deeds in 94-C so far.
So far, we wandered to the Taluk Administration, MLA’s Office and the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, but no attention has been paid to it, he said.
Since the MLAs are directly responsible for all this, if the title deeds are not distributed to them within a week, they will protest in front of the taluk office overnight, he warned.
