Hassan: Devotees will be allowed to have darshan of the Goddess Hasanamba continuously from Wednesday October 26 6.00 am to Thursday October 27 7.00 am except during the Maha Naivedya offering time to Goddess on Wednesday.
The darshan for devotees will be concluded and then Goddess’ ornaments will be removed with doors of the temple being closed at 12 noon in the presence of the District In-Charge Minister, Deputy Commissioner and the Temple Administrator.
Sri Hasanamba Temple remained closed for the entire day on Tuesday October 25 in view of the solar eclipse. Apart from the police personnel, devotees did not turn up at the temple, leaving the inner and outer premises of the temple deserted.
Thousands of devotees used to visit the temple every day after the doors of the Sri Hasanamba Temple, which opens once a year that is from October 13.
Due to the solar eclipse, the temple was closed from 6.00 am on Tuesday and the doors of all the gates, including the main entrance, were locked.
