Hassan: Three cows belonging to Vasi Nagaraju alias Ningaiah of Madihalli Hobli Shivayogipur Village in Belur Taluk have been killed by lightning.
The incident was that three cows tied up near the house were struck by lightning and died due to heavy thunder.
Taluk Police Officer M. S. Mamata visited the place and instructed to check the damage and give appropriate compensation.
There were several officials along with her including Revenue Inspector Santosh.
