Hassan: MLA K. M. Shivalingegowda said that the scenario of the Constituency has changed in the last 15 years as he has imbibed in his political life that only promises won’t lead to development.
He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for various works in Haranahalli Gram Panchayat limits at a cost of Rs. 7.5 Crore including road divider and installation of electric lights in Haranahalli limits of Arasikere-Hassan State Highway passing through Haranahalli in the Taluk.
He said that development works have been carried out in every village of the Constituency including drinking water, roads, drains, construction of community halls in such a way that the villagers can hold small meetings in their own villages.
