Hassan: N.R. Santhosh, who was identified as the BJP candidate from Arasikere assembly constituency, is likely to lose the ticket. It is learnt that top BJP leaders have sent instructions to Siddhesh Nagendra to be the BJP candidate.
If siddhesh is given a ticket by the BJP, N.R. Santhosh is said to be ready to turn to JDS. Santhosh is said to be trying to convince Banavara Ashok, who has self-declared himself as the JDS candidate.
It remains to be seen in the coming days who will join which party to take on K.M. Shivalingegowda and Brahmastra in the 2023 Assembly elections.
