Shivamogga: A case has been registered at Harobenavalli Village in the District after a clash broke out between two groups over a plot of land on night of Friday November 11. Eight people have been arrested by the Police.
The site was allotted at Harobenavalli Village in the Taluk. Accordingly, Rasool was given two plots by the villagers as he has four brothers. Rasool had been planning to build a shed on Rakesh’s plot for the past two months to make arecanut sheets, even though he had built a house in one of them and other one was an empty plot.

And then afterwards when youth from Rakesh’s side came, youth sent by hid in their house. A team led by CPI Lakshmipathy succeeded in nabbing eight persons, while two of them escaped.
Superintendent of Police Mithun Kumar visited the spot and conducted inspection. Police has managed to bring the situation under control. Rescue personnel are camping in the Village and the situation is calm.
