Shivamogga: A clash broke out between two groups of youth over a silly issue in nearby Harobenavalli Village in the District on Friday November 11.
Recently, landless people in the village were given land by the Government. But so far there has been no record. Yet some have already sold it to others. They are also planning to build a house on the land. Another person said that the land where the house is being constructed belongs to him and hence make sure about the belonging and continue the construction. This issue led to the clash.
Later, the youth from Shivamogga assaulted the labourers. The matter spread in the Village and all the villagers chased the youth who had come from Shivamogga.
Police rushed to the spot and brought situation under control.
