Shivamogga: Former Minister Kimmane Ratnakar said that Home Minister Araga Jnanendra should be the first accused in both the PSI Recruitment Scam and the Santro Ravi case in the State.

Speaking to mediapersons here, he said the Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai should file a case against the Home Minister after getting the permission of the Governor. Though he took the money in front of the house, he could not file a case. Contractor Chandrashekhar is doing all the work in Hosanagara. Chandrashekhar is the son of Jnanendra’s elder sister. A layout racket is going on in Theerthahalli. Gnanendra’s son has made serious allegations that he is claiming that Government land is private land, he alleged.

We will hold a big protest in February. Araga Jnanendra should resign. He has made the transfer as told by Santro Ravi. What if he says now that there was no money transaction? Santro Ravi is not hiding but he is made to hide. They are alive as they are in power, otherwise they are the accused. When our Government was in power, why didn’t they reveal the case?,” he asked.
