Shivamogga: “I have earlier expressed my feeling to contest the Assembly Elections. He had brought it to the notice of BJP leaders to contest the elections,” said MLA Ayanuru Manjunath.
Addressing a press conference here, he said, “I don’t see any signs of getting a ticket from the BJP to supplement my efforts. The list of children of BJP Leaders is coming out and I decided to listen to Former Minister K. S. Eshwarappa’s press conference the other day,” he said.
When asked for his response last time, Eshwarappa had told a journalist, “He is not counted, and what is his account. I was deeply hurt. And thus I have accepted this as a challenge, and he should contest against me or apologise, he said.
